Go consult your lawyer...... you will get a good answer!

Fuyang, your lawyer is not very good. The KEY point of charge here is not that people are committing a criminal offence by posting FRs. The KEY POINT is that people are PROFITING (by earning an income) from posting FRs and there is clear evidence of financial payment being made to prove that a poster of an FR is living off the immoral earnings of a prostitute.

People who post FRs and are PAID to do so by a webmaster or prostitute are committing a crime. (Section 146 of the Woman's Charter of the Singapore Statutes)

You can read about the recent case here of Gregory Teo who posted FRs and was charged because: (a) he was assisting the webmaster, seen as the pimp (b) he was PAID by the webmaster to post FRs, and hence living off the immoral earnings

You can argue all you want, but honestly, the only truth is when you are arrested and it is up to the court and your lawyer to argue whether you posting an FR (and you are not paid by the webmaster or prostitute) constitutes a crime or not. Bear in mind that, like the thousands streaming movies while knowing that it is illegal, there are 71456 active users in SBF, and if even 1% are actively posting FRs, charging 700 for living on immoral earnings will be a legal nightmare.
