Grow up. U think the law acts on the purpose of serving the people truthfully speaking? Even if you are correct about the rules and regulations or whatever law u are tryin to pin here, whats your agenda? Trying to be doing a favour for someone whos probably the police, who will just say, thank you very much for informing us and heres your award.
