Actually Mr W, the places you posted from the French guy, are places that have been reported on isg over the years, its merely collected into one document.
I myself wrote down such a list after reading for a few days
so its actually nothing revolutionary, my thinking is that if it has been posted online for all to see for so many years, then maybe its not touristy, but its definately not local pricing. Same as the list posted by senior hurricane, I cant imagine that places after seeing foreigners walk in its doors for 10yrs, they will not be charging local pricing.
I notice you dont have any problems with paying foreigner surcharge even going so far as offering that girl a extra 200k to let you fj her, I am not comfortable doing things like that or even bargaining when it comes to sex. I dont want to be a carrot head, but I also dont want to bargain.
