For every $1,000 u change u only get a difference of 60baht. That is supposedly u will be changing $1000. If u change $500, it will only be a difference of 30baht. Not factoring the amount of $$ to take BTS/taxi/tuktuk/motorsai to reach the super rich office.
Also weather so hot, probably the drinks u buy to compensate the hot weather already make up the difference in the exchange rate. Plus also the time wasted 1-2 hours.
Most money changers in Bkk will be offering lower than SG exchange rate unless u go to specific ones with slightly higher or equal to the one u get in SG. Kindly take note. |
