Generally roads will be rather empty in Bangkok. Lesser jams. Street stalls also lesser as many had returned home to their provinces for a well deserved break. Shopping centers will still be opened. Everywhere u see people carrying their water guns ( especially tourist/farang ). Playing of essan folklore songs will be heard where people gather to play water.
