was there for 6 days earlier this year. Stayed at Hyatt in Seogwipo.
got nothing from wechat, streets are empty after 9pm in my area (i got chased out of starbucks too as it also closes at 9pm)
You can try going to their club at Jeju City, locals recommend it. Called "the dome night club". locals just call it dom. i didn't try as it my hotel was on the opposite end of the island.
