Well senior for me I would not state my range cos if I state too low pple will comment cheapstake.. If I stated too high pple will say otherwise.. Ultimately it's the matural agreement between both after all willingly seller willingly buyer.. A meet up would not waste anybody time if both are sincere to have a deal..
