Yup, cert for "all Clear" STDs/HIV can be easily obtained from certain clinics with as little as 200-300baht in within 15mins at Pattaya and Bangkok.
Some girls turn up for work after a long period of absence and forget to get the booklet stamped also will resume work and get the "stamp" a few days later. So assuming u are her 1st customer after her absence from work.
But for coyotes in Bangkok, not that I heard of yet there is mandatory medical checkup prior start work. So the risk is there.
Always wear a condom to avoid nasty diseases.
