If my guess is not wrong that China Lady is around max age 21 to 25, if talking to him or even starting a converstaion will get u nowhere then u might as well try using the hard way. Try telling him u know that someone in China who has saw him and u will tell Mum who in the end will refuse to loan him any cash.
I know this is a little mommy boys tactics but this is also the only way out, try first to see if all esle fail u might try asking some guys here to woo her and take photo for ur dad to see.
Can I ask where the China gal is located (in Singapore or ur dad fly everytime to China?), which province if possible and if you have the number I am sure the bros in China will not mind helping u out.
I can only help if that lady is in Shenzhen otherwise no use asking.
