ISPs will follow the law...

Provided the reason for tracking is legit lah... E.g. copyright infringements

For below reason?
'Say you are a famous poster with the handle "Doggie" and someone from the higher authority is not happy with your posting...'

ISPs will tell you... 'Not happy go zap the poster lor'...
