I take note of attitude from the moment the sms is sent out to make appt.
For her, I smsed her one morning a couple of weeks ago and she replied 7+ hours later saying she is booked for the day (at least she replied).
This morning I smsed her again, so far haven't reply so by 2pm will check cola's location and decide....
