Majority of the hotels w exception of some 5 star hotels are all girl friendly. You can check August Suites as it seems popular w many singaporeans. Alternatively you may want to be in Soi 6 itself. Many good guesthouses here like Lagune guesthouse..Queen Voctoria Inn. Can check their websites directly.
