A few are along Soi 23. Tired citedine23 and Admiral Premier before which are budget ok. Relatively modern and all within walking distance. Chk with Tim if you need more info. But u will need to chk if they r still around and the rm rates as I have not been back in bkk for the past 3 years. Stuck in pattaya.
