I try before leh. Mine more psychological la if I don't exfoliate/use body scrub I feel I have a layer of oil and grease on me. Then I cannot sleep haha but smell damn sweet I like. I have a thing for sweet smelling stuff. Love it if I smell yummy. Sounds like I'm seducing myself.. Lol
