This was in Hyatt Regency Dongguan, which is in Songshan Lake (about 20 mins car ride from Changping). My biz contact advised me to stay there as it is supposedly safer (apparently hotel is owned by the Poly Group, which is the commercial arm of the PLA). I presume the same poster would be posted in all other hotels in Dongguan / CP?
