you can walk there from city square/merlin tower, facing the direction of walking keep to your right. one small shop you can look out for is the old uncle selling/repair watch. ocean hotel is just above the small shop.
after you chooose your WL, u will pay her and she will walk out of her room(not to fear) she go out is pay to her OKT. then your actions beginnn.
