Taking KTV girls out with a bar fine?
 

Anyone knows if there are KTV clubs or bars around which allow to pay
a "bar fine" in order to take a girl out overnight? Don't want to stick
around till the bar closes, so the girl can leave with me. That's too long...

Years ago, there used to be several bars at Orchard Towers that allowed this,
but they all closed down. These days, I am usually hunting for the night at
Ipanema or Brix. These places have some lookers!

But the trouble is that both Ipanema and Brix are noisy and crowded, so
you can't fool around in private with the girl before leaving with her.
Consequently, other than looks, there is no way to know how good the lady
will turn out to be during the night.

KTV or bar, where you can have some private play-time with a girl, and then
take her out would be great! :D They have lots of places like this in Wan Chai,
but I don't know a single one here in Singapore. Maybe I am just being clueless?

I think it depends on whether the girl you chose works for that KTV (so she is tied to one place and has to everyday do punch card in/out) or whether she has one of those "freedom" work passes that allow her to go to any establishment the want. The difference is in how much they pay per month - "freedom" passes generally cost anywhere from $2,500 up and the ones tied to one place costs $2K per month.

To answer your question - if you want to take out a girl that has a "freedom" permit, there is no need to pay a bar fine. If you want to take out a "house" girl with her pass tied to that KTV, then the "bar fine" is set by the establishment. I frequent Supreme, Orchard, Empress, Leo across the joints the bar fine is generally $200 but if you take out the girl during, say, Sunday night where there is only happy hour or she leaves relatively "late" like 11pm then the fine can be bargained down to $100. Orchard K girls generally do not "go out" with customers.

All in all, see also how much business you have given to the mummy. Personally if you were going alone or with just one or two friends I would recommend Empress (4th floor Tanglin SC) since their rooms are small (1-4pax maximum) and the playability is high. Remember to specify to the mumny what you want, and tip her when she delivers. It's the only way that you're going to get good service.

It's call buy out...

Nightclub only have buy out fees if they are Singer. Those working girls don't have buy out fees normally.

Seldom working girl take work permit under the ktv one

If it's Siam tiuz, then have buy out fee for sure.

Really depends on the type of KTV you go to.
If got mummy one, sure will have bar fine like you mentioned.
if no mummy, its call booking fee, you book her for the entire session, and you can literally bring her wherever you want, if she agrees of course.
