Had anyone ever up their housing agents before? Just sharing some stories...


Had a fantasy on one of the agents before when I rent out my HDB years ago. She is a MILF, almost 40 already that time.

THat particular day, after the deal is done, and we were sitting in the 3 room HDB, paid her n had a chat. Apparently, she is single mum n working to support her kid. Never asked what happened to her hubby ( rule of thumb). She is free that afternoon, after the deal. So we had a couple of drinks in my HDB.

We chat about anything under the sun from home issues to ex girl/boy friends and relationships. Somehow, things proceed from there in the house, and the rest is history.

Remain as FB or when she wants to have a session, for a year, when she told me that she has a new boyfriend, and we decided that it is best to quit, and wish her the best in new relationship.

Anyone with similar stories?
