just wear a condom and its fine.
now i did the exercises and my phimosis is kinda gone. just need to keep pulling back the foreskin to prevent it from tightening too much.

Get yourself circumcised. In addition to being far more hygienic it also reduces your chances of being infected with HIV.

Keep your foreskin pulled down. initially it is not comfortable, but as days go by you will get use to it.

Don't keep your foreskin retracted for long periods at a time. This may obstruct the blood flow and cause the foreskin to swell. Then it can become painful and you cannot pull the foreskin back to cover the head anymore. You will end up having to see someone like me to put it back for you. This is called paraphimosis.

A safe way to try to stretch out the foreskin is to get some hydrocortisone cream from the pharmacy. Apply a little of it once a day and use your fingers to stretch the foreskin out. You will be surprised how quickly this works.

Doc Tan, so just apply the cream and stretch the foreskin once a day is enough? How long should we do it a day? 5 mins?

You don't necessarily need to have full circumcision, just tell your doctor to only fix the phimosis and you will have a functioning non-circumcised skin. You will probably need a week or so to recover from the small ops though.

Hi, i have this problem too. I cant really go in when i have raw sex as it will get pulled back and hurts like hell. Only managed once when my GF was on top of me, but after a while it got pulled down eventually and starting hurting.

Other attempts failed(like over 20 times and gave up). Condoms usually negated this issue but there were 3 instances that it still got pulled and hurt like hell even with the condom on, bear through the pain and managed to finish as i slowly got used to the pain but still hurts and wasnt as enjoyable.

Who do i go to for medical advice + cream or whatever meds? Do i see the normal GP at polyclinic or do i go to private clinics? Or is there a specialised doctor for penis problems lol.
Quite pai seh to see a doct and tell them i have this issue.

just go to any GP will do and get a referral letter to get yourself circumcise at a local hospital.

Google Singapore Urologist.
Check a few, send them an e-mail to make an appointment etc and just get some small surgery. They probably take less than half an hour or so, and localized anesthetic which you can go back immediately.

They will consult you on this when you make an appointment, do inform your doctor if you want a full circumcision or just the phimosis correction. The correction will solve the tight skin issue and still keep your foreskin.
