Visiting KL - Advise on local girls

I am visiting KL for holidays next week for 4 days. I am looking for local malay and indian girls. I went last time couple of days and I couldn't find any girls. only foreign girls. Few years back many spa/massage joints have local girls. Now no more. I checked some OKT also but they only have foreign girls.
