I also understand that these rules are implemented to prevent the girls from "eating outside" or being caught by AV. The OKT risk closing down their shop. But is it too overly harsh ?

The house just move to their sister house? Probably that house was closed due to some serious act of the ex-wl, so in order to protect the rice bowl of the OKT as well as the current WL, OKT needs to be more strick to his WL to reduce the risk. Coz if get caught again may risk closing the business :eek:
