if one is treated and verified free from these two. Are they still any other concerns to be aware of? Coz like you know la, syphilis also even if treated already there is still possibility the syphilis bacteria can be in the body?

I mean for gonorrhea and chlamydia. I'm just using syphilis as an example.

If verified clean by doctor, i think you should not worry anymore, for me i only know herpes cannot cure

There is no cure for HIV either.

As long as it's bacterial, can cure easily. For viral diseases, hard/impossible.
Keep in mind that people can be infected and infectious without showing symptoms.
