Anybody learnt to Self-Juagen?
 

was posting a reply ...then thread was removed ... that TS was sharing contact for a JG lady that supposedly cured his ED problem ...

i was replying that, after a few sessions of JG... one should be able to learn to Self-JG ...

just like self massaging our legs after a run ...

anybody learnt & doing this self-JG? :)

thot saving money if one can do the self "health" massage was obvious benefit...:)

DIY is not JG ... thot genuine JG is no release, its optional ...
