What happens if entry is refused by ICA at airport ?
 

GF is from China. Never entered Singapore before.
eVisa is approved via SAVE but I was just reading the terms and conditions fine print and it says still subject to entry requirements at ICA checkpoint

So if kena rejected at airport, how does she fly back to China ? Who buy the air ticket ? And regardless of how expensive the air ticket is, also LL must pay ? Must repatriate back to China within what period of time?

if she has a return ticket, they would arrange for airline to change the flight to earliest possible and send back within the same day

If no ticket, may have to buy on the spot.

If you are waiting for her, chances is if you do not see coming out after 1 hour after plane has landed, it could be that she been detained. Calling the ICA hotline at airport usually no one answer. best is u go to customer service and say u been waiting for xxx time and ur friend have not came out. U need to know flight no and full name of ur gf before they can get their colleague inside to ask for you.

Singkieland already flooded with foreigners...no reason to deny a tourist...:)

I believe all visitors are required to have return ticket or able to show some form of onward travel...... if all she has is just a one-way ticket surely will kenna interview and high probability to be denied entry.

Travel visa is only valid for period stated on it, i.e. she got to return before it expire. so definitely she has a return ticket. so for any reason she is been denial entry, she can use the return ticket and hang around in our duty free area to buy some stuff home.

usually they wont reject without valid reason. just tell your gf not to be so upfront on her purpose of visit - TO GET FUCK.

Bro style, hope can ans ur qns. From what i understand.

1) when ica denied the gal entry.. they dun have to tell u at all, unless u r some big shot but than again, if u r some big shot, u wont b denied entry. They jus need to account to their boss. Imagine, 1001 reasons...

2) when denied entry, the gal will fly back the next available plane.. n yes, the gal need to buy it.

3) not sure what relationship u with the gal or how long u know her, she might tell u one thing but whether she did ever or not in fact only she know n maybe ica know...

lastly, hope ur friend arrived safely in sg.

Actually point one is based on who u know or anyone can guarantee (must be clean record first) ur stay...again all up to ica.

I have seen gals on viet airline and vietjet kena reject less. More for tiger and jet star. Maybe they c more vbs at t2 and t1. Really sometimes is luck.

Definitely must have return ticket! Some nationalities cannot even board at home airport with a single trip ticket. Airline must make sure they have return ticket before allowed to check-in.
If ICA officer is in a bad mood, can still reject. Make sure she has enough money for her stay in SG. Better option, fly together and arrive with her.
I have seen 3 young (Thai?) women being escorted back by ICA officer. One taxi driver also told me about a group of 5 young women from China not allowed to enter and sent back. No reason given..

I thought there were already far too many PRC nationals in Singapore and they are nothing but a nuisance.

Why would anyone want more arrivals? I would have thought the more the ICA throws out the better.

best is you get her to fly from hong kong to spore rather than mainland china
as it seems those fly from hong kong are usually allowed in
whereas those who fly from mainland china the rejection rate is higher
ica seems to have a quota very month for different nationality of women
entering spore
