If I feel a ladyboy is "waste time" and someone is looking for a lady boy, do I tell him "waste time" because that is my opinion? I certainly could. Or do I simply respect what brother wants to do and say right on my man, have at it?

I am still entitled to my opinion that it is a waste of time. But on a much more intellectual level I don't need to be kiasu just to say what I want to say for myself. On a more intellectual level, I know it's his wish, his desire, and out of respect, I wish him well. Maybe one day I might want to try a ladyboy too I don't know?
