After giving birth, FB let me try. It's not very fat-laden more like skim milk quality. As one bro mentioned, sweet tasting. Mentioned to squeeze a few drops - not like in porn where the stream would squirt.

Added to my kopi O and since quite fat free, final taste not that shiok. I took a swipe and that's it. Mental block. :)

Normally any milk that is freshly squeezed will have the slightly pungent milky smell, regardless of if it is from humans or animals.;)

The packaged ones that you normally drink from the Supermarkets have already underwent some treatment (e.g. pasteurisation) and hence the smell is not that obvious anymore.

Not like cow milk so thick. Diluted and not as sweet as those cow milk. I think cow milk add sugar or what.
