A doctor told me that BBBJ with Vietnamese girls is especially dangerous. They have a strain of NGU that is more resistant to antibiotics. Much harder to cure. Have to take many rounds of medicine.

The research says frequent and indiscriminate use of antibiotics. That's why SG doctors don't anyhow prescribe antibiotics. We don't get immune to this life saving drug. If you are ever prescribed antibiotics, you have to finish the full course even though you had recovered earlier. Otherwise the next time you take antibiotics, it will not be as effective

Yes because it is transmitted via skin to skin contact in areas not covered by a condom eg the base of the shaft of the penis.
