In early 50s. No problem getting errection. Stays good even with the CD. But quality has decreased. I feel losing weight and doing some muscle building exercise may help. Or this is denial of the ageing process.

Also a function of state of mind.

Bro, you have to experiment with the dosage yourself, can't take a 100mg pill at one go.
Recommend that start with quarter pill, at least an hour after meal.
I am surprised that the doctor who gave it to you did not tell you about it.

when i am stressed out, physically tired or overworked, my erections are weaker and take longer regardless i am 18 or 48.

this is why i always advise guys to eat a balanced diet and keep their weight down and do simple regular exercises like stretches and/or 5BX.

Goes soft soon when condom is on.
Just can't get used to it

I had this issue as well. Problem went away after eating L-arginine on a daily basis. It increases nitric oxide which gives a better bloodflow. Many times it could just be sexual performance anxiety though if it is a new partner that you just want to impress.

Bro I was at the same condition like you back in 2022, but mine get better in time without any drugs

Weak erections generally reflective of bad blood flow.. penis blood vessels can’t dilate enough to allow blood flow to maintain erection. That’s how viagra and cialis help with blood flow too. Stopping smoking helps a lot, and of course exercise.. get blood pressure to normal levels, etc..

Weak erections also could be early indicator of future heart problems too..

yeap. most of the time is blood flow, but really instead of just jumping straight to viagra which may cause a reliant on that, i really do think nitric oxide supplements do help. I went with those first and was pleasantly surprised with the effects.

Nitric oxide supplement sounds interesting. Stick to 1 type of treatment though.

Nitric oxide is also the main thing that should not be taken with viagra. Combining both may kill.

How you can tell, and it's usually the first question the doctor will ask you is, do you still get morning erections.

If you do, but have issues trying to have sex, then it could be down to other factors.

Your situation/status is unlikely to be erectile dysfunction (impotence). Maybe at times , "your lanjiao is a bit stubborn or proud", when there is/are good sex available and yet it turns down. "Poor you at times" :D
