Hi there folks,

I'm headed to BKK in a couple of days, and I would like to experience some things that are unique to Bangkok alone.

I've done the usual Massages here but I was wondering what can one expect in Bangkok, how to tell if it's a ladyboy(and how to siam politely) that perhaps some of the more seasoned bros can help out.

Looking for a good time in a less sleazy/chaotic environment but also with girls that can at least speak English.

Maybe I'm asking too much, but i'll appreciate any advice on this.

How do you define "things that are unique to bangkok alone"? Or sleazy / chaotic" environment?

For the first question, i assume you are in Singapore and your experience is limited to FL Dome 1 and Dome 2 type of experience, and maybe to Singapore's Thai Disco?

If you really want to experience the uniqueness of Thailand and Thai ladies, i suggest the following 10 activities (not in order of priority):

1. Go to Thai Night Club and enjoy the atmosphere and Thai Songs. Always better to go with other bros and try your luck in picking up ladies there.

2. Go to The Pimp or any G-Club and experience it at least once. Be prepared to spend more if going alone.

3. Go to Agogo bar at Nana or Soi Cowboy. If Bacarra is open, go in and enjoy the glass ceiling view.

4. Go to a soapy MP and experience the bath tub service. Unfortunately most of the big soapy MPs not open yet, but you can still experience this at the smaller MPs along sukhkumvit.

5. Go try nuru service at one of the jap joints along sukhkumvit.

6. Try one of the BJ bars .

7. Try a kapoo joint.

8. Get a Pretty MC model for ST or LT. Bring the escort to a nice restaurant and be the envy of other guys - bro tonybkk or Apple can help arrange.

9. Go Thermae and get a girl for ST or LT. Can always go sit there and drink while ogling the large selection of ladies.

10. Try a session with a LB once. If you not so adventurous, then can go visit cabaret show instead. I think still have such places in bkk, but not sure.

Whether you end up with lady (or 2 ladies) for the night is up to you. No one will judge if you end up with LB that looks like Nong Ploy :D

No need 10 days, can do it in 6D5N.

Only acitivities 1,2,3, and 9 have to be done at night. Activity 8 preferred night time too. Rest can easily be done during day time.

There are more activities that i didn't list down in the top 10 list since need to travel outskirts. Those who have done most or all the 10 activities can consider the following:

11. Go Pretty Pub / Restaurant and let syts serve and talk cock with you. One of the restaurant mentioned in sbf is paikanyai.

12. Go Thai ktv and sing your favourite Thai song with Thai ladies. Also have english and sometimes chinese songs.

13. Go play night golf with pretty caddies. Day golf possible too but need to book the pretty caddies in advance. Good for golfers.

Honestly 1-10 will already take up enough of your time. So many different MPs, kapoo, night clubs etc to go try on different trips.

Finally, the ultimate goal of any Thai cheongster would be to find a Gik (or Giks for that matter) that will accompany you everytime you go Thailand. Chok dee krub, and happy hunting!

How does this karaoke thing work. Is it like the one in Patpong where there are a bunch of girls out front these karaoke joints and you choose a girl to sing with? What are the prices like?

Patpong or Soi Thaniya are the jap ktv joints. I personally haven't gone to these places and have only heard of stories from japanese clients. Yes, you choose a lady to sit with you either in a booth or private room. Heard they have free flow alcohol promotion. I have no info on the cost of these jap-oriented joints. Walked along Thaniya / Patpong a couple of times and the ladies do not interest me. Maybe the prettier ones do not seat outside to attract customers.

Thai KTVs similiar to our local Sg joints. Go room, open bottle, ask mamasan for line up, choose lady or ladies and then drink / sing / play games. It can get pretty wild when everyone gets drunk, but as far as i know, no sex or bj in the room. I'm not a regular of such places so maybe other senior bros can confirm. Price wise definitely cheaper than G clubs. ST/LT depends on your negotiation. Ladies do not butterfly and you pay them to accompany you by hour.

Jap ktv overview (all prices here are quoted in bahts):

they charge per hour rate for room & free flow of alcohol (per pax)
room could be 300/hour, alcohol maybe 1000/hour/pax (customer). For the girls' drinks, they charge by per LD, could be around 200 per LD. No sitting fees normally. Tax will applied separately to the total bill.
ST/LT wise, separately nego with mamasan and girl.

You may however, skip all the ktv stuff. Just walk into the shop, choose a girl and straight bring her out for ST/LT. The price is the same as ST/LT after the ktv session but without the need to pay for any room, drink & LD charges.
Bar fine is quite high, usually around 1k. ST they would quote 2.5-3k. LT 5-6k.

During my last visit there, most girls do not go for LT. Some not even ST/LT.
There is 1 girl i knew who is working in 2 jap ktvs and she dont even go for sex at all (she said). I met her in a normal thai bar elsewhere and she kinda like go back with me for some "donations" (i always just give her 3k for LT).

Not all jap ktvs allow the girls to go for sex. At least the ones in thaniya allow.
The concept is "if you allow customers to take girls out for sex, it is less likely they will patronise the shop again next time."

No, you do not need to be japanese or speak japanese to patronise the jap ktvs. But do note that some of the shops the mamasan can only speak thai & japanese......

One of the most unique things about Thailand is the ladyboy bars. I used to go with a couple of friends to the ladyboy bars at nana and they were fun drinking partners. This was quite a few year before covid and am not sure if those bars are still there. Drinks were cheap and since there were few customers and if you are accepting of them, it could turn into quite a blast for a drinking night.

One of friends also swears that they give the best BJs.

Updated the To-Do list based on recent experiences and info from bros in this forum.

Also, spelled out names of places so newbies can google for location.

1. Go to Thai Night Club and enjoy the atmosphere and Thai Songs.

Update: Space Plus Bangkok and TopOne Club are definitely the most popular clubs now. Spaceplus has FLs there, but be careful of LB FLs. Babyface Bangkok and these 2 clubs by same owner.

2. Go to The Pimp or any G-Club and experience it at least once.

Update: G clubs are starting to ramp up their guest singers. Always fun to go when there are such special events. Other G Clubs include M Club Bangkok, Booze International, Czech Club, Sherbet Club, Dubai Luxury Club etc.

3. Go to Agogo bar at Nana or Soi Cowboy. I
Update: Nana is now more happening than Soi Cowboy. If need to choose one place, suggest go Nana. BF prices ~800baht with ST/LT prices quoted at 3/6k baht

4. Go to a soapy MP and experience the bath tub service.

Update: Big soapy MPs at Ratchada and other areas are opened. Maria / Black Caviar have lots of ladies to choose but also most expensive. Have to go for the mid-tier MPs if budget below 6k, such as LaBelle, The Office Massage and Hotel, Taragon. Number of ladies have not yet reach pre-Covid eraa. If budget 2-3k, better to go the MPs at Sukhkumvit Soi 24/26 or 33. There may still be budget soapy MPs at Ratchada area but insuffient info at moment.

5. Go try nuru service at one of the jap joints along sukhkumvit.

Update: Daisy Dream, Kokoro, Doki Doki, Aurora have been mentioned here. Note not all ladies working there do Nuru. Mamasan will tell you if opt for service.

6. Try one of the BJ bars

Update: 7-heaven, kasalong, Lolitas bangkok seems to be the popular ones based on FRs.

7. Try a kapoo joint.

Update: New ladies added almost every week. Best to check website or add their Line for updates. Note most shops only provide b2b prices, while some provide both b2b and full service prices. There are gems at some of these kapoo places, but difficult for tourists to hunt.

8. Get a Pretty MC model for ST or LT.

Update: If you really want pretty MC model types, have to go through bro tonybkk or Apple as they have access to these ladies. ST rates start from ~6k up (but may not be real pretty MC models at this range). If you are more interested in bar girl types, other bro can arrange for a much cheaper price.

9. Go Thermae and get a girl for ST or LT.

Update: 2.5-3k for ST, depending on timing and negotiation. Popular girls will not go for less than 3k.

10. Go visit cabaret show.

Update: I was told can try Mirinn cabaret show, which is catered for tourists.
