Hiii..i'm in Labuan now & will be going back KL this Friday. What can i say that most of the firls esp.pinays will be hang out at bars & pubs around the town & its not easy to find them anywhere except those place. Victoria Execituve Health Centre located near roundabout behind Tabung Haji building...
went there 2 day ago for massage ended up with fj...but be warned...those PRC will surely try to rob you off...so please be smart n never show your wallet to them (from my experience...hehehe )
