actually at that price range you are spoilt for choice at sukhumvit road. It depends where you wanna be at.

There's aspen suites, monaco at soi 2. Dynasty grande at soi 6, Kingston suites are soi 15, legacy express near soi 1. I heard fusion suite which is near Uno is pretty good as well.
