Update:

Possible flooding this weekend at Lad Phrao, Sutthisan, Ratchada and Phra Ram 9. Predicting approximately 1 - 1.5 meters of water so pleas take necessary precaution and be safe!

Sukhumvit still will be safe from flooding!

The water has flooded Don Mueang and JJ area. The water is coming inner Bangkok. Latphrao is next. Once it hits Ratchada, next will be Petchaburi. If Petchaburi is hit then Sukhumvit has to pray hard.

Ying Luck is asking ppl in BKK to get out of the city. My govt is also asking us to leave BKK :D

Yingluck brings bad luck! Double disaster when u have a lousy leadership and poor communication. Ppl are frantic due to a lack of correct information. This is crap!

Nobody knows whats going to happen so better err on the side of caution. Yingluck is Red but governor of Bangkok is Yellow. There are 2 heads now that are not talking which is why all this confusing "government" reports.

But flood or not bunch of local frenz juz headed to RCA to party! Songkran comes twice this year! Crazy or what these Thais?

My trip got cancelled too. :( So far all my meetings are reschedules to "most likely" January next year. One supplier went MIA. 2 BITEC exhibitions all got cancelled.

Was so looking forward to a bit of R and R........

Tried two days from Monday to get confirmation from Thai Airways to get trip cancelled. Cannot get through by phone at all. Emails all went unanswered.

Can imagine the huge number of cancellation and postponement they have to handle right now.
