The Singapore Embassy will continue to keep in close touch with Singaporeans in Bangkok and will render all necessary consular assistance should the situation deteriorate, the MFA added.

Singaporeans who require consular assistance can contact the Singapore Embassy in Bangkok or the 24-hour hotline of the MFA Duty Office at:

MFA Duty Office

Tel: +65 6379 8800

+65 6379 8855

Hahaha calling the Singapore Embassy in overseas for help. You can wait long long!

Back in 26th Nov 2008 I was stranded in BKK and couldn't catch a flight back home due to the protesters blockade at Suvarnabhumi Airport. During then the China and Phillipines government swiftly activated chartered flights to send its affected citizens home. I though hosay liao can try calling Singapore Embassy in Bangkok for help. The reply was, "I'm sorry Sir the Singapore government has no such plans at this moment." Hahaha what a damn joke!

Calling the MFA Duty Office or Singapore Embassies in overseas for help is like asking Saddam or Gaddafi to surrender themselves! Probably the only scenario where they'll ship you back is in a black body bag via C-130. KNN!

If I'm stuck in the Amazon forest I'd rather spend my entire fortune to activate a private helicopter evacuation than to call +65 6379 8800. Big joke! Maybe MFA Duty Office will tell you. "Sir please sign this invoice of S$357,608 for the helicopter evacuation before we can haul your ass out. Price is inclusive of 7% GST and fuel surcharge. Note: Medisave funds can only be used for outpatient treatment only." Terms and conditions apply. KNN!

If any Singapore bros got into any emergencies because of the current floods and have called the Singapore Embassy in Bangkok for assistance. I'd like to hear from you what's their reply.

I totally agree with u bro. Theres no way in hell our sgp government will do such thing. They more concern if u have paid up all ur taxes when u arrive home in a body bag! 3rd world govt mentality when it comes to such things!

Dear Bebertov,
Too bad we were unable to sign you last year to AC Milan after you were unhappy with that silly foggy Fergie.
This year is not good year for me. Have been under lot of pressure from politicians who wanted to remove me but luckily I survived. On social front had endless lots of pleasure with those babes at my villa in the past- One night when I was in happy strong mood, I was sextified by 11 hot women. Woohooo !!
But these days, almost empty social life as the media and politicians have been closely scruitinising my private life. So am unable to invite you to my villa.
As can only have pleasure outside Italy, I am waiting for my good friend, Thaksin to return to Bangkok so he can host private party for few of us. Chuwit will be the party organiser and will ask him to send you a party invite also.
Have a good weekend. Until we meet, take care.
Yours truly,
Silvio

Flood reaches Zeer, Rangsit

The flood water has now arrived at Zeer shopping centre in Rangsit.

The express lanes are still dry but the parallel roads are now flooded. Small cars can proceed, but very slowly.

The shopping centre earlier decided to close and offered its entire parking areas free for vehicles until the end of the month.

OMG, doesn't that mean Rao2 will be flooded also?

Thought this was a good sarcasm piece on what authorities are fumbling with watery problem. Including PM in Burberry rubber boots, and makeup always.
