From my experience, girls who don't masturbate, their clit would be very sensitive, and thus once you play them down there, they are a goner. My tactic is to just keep rubbing their clitty outside the undies until getting wet. Then, when they wet it, go in for the kill and tongue the clit or even suck it in and out hard, they will lose control of themselves and keep humping it to you.

But on a more serious note...believe masturbation by either sex is usually indulged in when they can't find sexual fulfilment wif a partner of the opposite sex at the time when they are horny...so, no choice lor, hv to DIY to find sexual release themselves...but YES for the more matured n elderly ladies not the younger ones, they can go on w/o sex or masturbation for mths cos like 1 fren said their 'factory' hv closed down so no more sexual urges...in fact they may not even know wat is sex all abt then...other matters of daily living pre-occupies their time n mind, not sex any more...jus mho
