Chapter 8 : Location - Sg Wang

After we had brunch, I said to Anna that I need to change some USD and we went to look around and try to compare the rate among those money changers... eventho the difference is very minimal, I guess it just the satisfaction getting the best deal that matters... Anna just follow me and observe as we walk from 1 MC to another...try to get the best rates for the day... I settled at MYR3.02, I give Anna 200 more ... she keep it safe in her bag..its gona be our last day together, as I will be leaving tomorrow noon..

We head to Berjaya time square and spend our time wondering around...window shopping... we even go to the theme park ... One thing I like about her, she never brag or demand to buy things for her... i know she loves t-shirt but she will use her own money to buy anything she want... even if I wanted to pay for her, she would refuse it and say "save it" ... am not sure why, maybe she just dont like being owned or spoon fed... i just dont know...

To me, she is just too good to be true...the fact that am walking beside her while holding hands all day is like in a dream... people look at me with sense of envy and I wouldnt be surprise if they claimed that she just out of my league ... she is pretty with nice rack ...while me, am just a nobody with weird t-shirt. How the fuck does this hot chicks end up with this weirdo in the first place? That would be the first thing that they would say when looking at us together laughing while walking holding hands in the mall...
I would say the same thing if I were them... nonetheless, I feel lucky to be the one to walk beside her and make her laugh...

She also share that she gonna go back to her hometown to visit her family... its been 6months since her last visit... she plan to go back during new year...and spend more time there and plan to come back after CNY... I didnt say much, I wish I can come along and celebrate those festive season with her...but I cant ...simply not possible. She also says that she want me to hear me sing before I go back Oman, she even requested the Air supply song "good bye"... I said ok...we will go to the usual place... but this time only 2 of us..

As am writing my 174 post, the wind is so heavy outside...am in the middle of no where...actually am in the middle of the sea, and the weather is just unfriendly right now, strong wind and raining. My journey started yesterday, I was awake by my wife telling me that am gona be late... it was her 3rd reminder for that morning as she is busy putting foundation on her lovely face... both my kids are still sleeping beside me... make my way to the toilet and shower

All my things have been packed, I just double check my essential item before heading to the car. I let my wife drive while I try to get some extra sleep... arrive at the embarkation point and wait for our next departure... I saw familiar uniform and greeted them, they are the 1st crew to board the chopper that day... we are the 2nd one, I walk around and find a suitable spot to nap..I got roughly 1 hr ...

We depart and the journey was smooth, the water is calm and blue... i felt asleep because of German Algeria match... I just love how Ozil scored ... arrive at the location and report for duty. After everything is settled, I applied for Wifi connection for my devices... how convenient it is... u still can connect to the world even in this remote location...outside there is nothing accept sea and standby boats...

I have planned to update my thread today should I got the wifi connection... bla bla bla... (extracted from my journal dated 02.07.14)

Btw, argentina won against the switz... at least they are better compare to last world cup...

We head back to Westin and rest for a bit... I took the time to reply important emails while Anna watch tv. I was so busy with my work and last time I checked Anna was sleeping...I cont with my work, there are few urgent matters that need to be settled with deadlines... for the past few days I cant concentrate with my work because of so many things happen... simply to say, life has just been good to me... this trip really put lots of nice memories for me, especially the time spend with Aikosan and Yuki senpai...#feelgood

Am gona find some time to go and meet Yuki... it would be so nice, and I can imagine all the beautiful places that she gona bring me to..I miss her, hope she is doing just fine. I would also go to see Aikosan again and listen to his words of wisdom... Japan, the world of wonderland... the place that I always wana go but never had the chance yet... maybe I should just pack my bags and backpack like the old days... during the early days, it used to be so carefree...with few hundred bucks I can go to many places in Europe..sleep anywhere and eat anything... maps and compass are my best friends, if got loss...ask around... so carefree...

As the room getting dark, I turn on the lights and cont my work...Also, I just gonna wait for a bit for Anna to wake up by herself. After sending all the necessary works...I went to shower and make coffee for 2. I just seat at the sofa and enjoy my black nescafe and dunhill. While I was busy browsing my phone, Anna wake up (yay)... she saw me seating with towel...I guess she know I already bathed...she went to toilet and shower...we didn't say anything, just exchange smile... after a while, she step outside and seat next to me...she sip her coffee and we just remain in silent...

After a brief moment, I ask her to get dress and she just obey. We dressed up and take a cab to the bars as planned. As the night still young, its kinda expected that the join will be almost empty... we are the early birds...saw Vin and greeted her... we order some food for dinner, actually the food come from the nearby mamak stall...I had fried rice and Anna had fried noddle... we eat and chat accompanied by house music...Vin take the initiative to serve us cold water and join our sober conversation... I also told her am gona be leaving tomorrow and don't know when am gona be back... I never told Vin that I work abroad...she thought that I work in east coast or something... but I guess it wont matter... the only think matter, she knows that we will always come to that bar, seating at the same table and sing the same song every time we are in town...

Dinner finish and we order 1 jug for a start... Vin also join us and 3 of us just chat... during the early days when me & friends are still new to the join, we always try to hit Vin but none of us ever sealed any deal with her... its was quite a challenge... in fact it was the biggest challenge... one by one have failed miserably... John, Andy, Me, even Rayner !! Although we never get to know each other that close, but our bond is strong by the music that we love... ballads, rocks, evergreen, etc... there are times when the customer pass the mic to our table and request us to sing along... vice versa... we would clap hand and cheer for our favorite songs, we would celebrate birthday or any festive seasons, join in-house tournament, etc... we come from different world, but then again..when we are there, we are family... our second home in KL...

Me and Anna keep on drinking, it was our 3rd jug... suddenly, Andy & Dave appear out of nowhere... I kinda stunned for a moment...yet am happy and welcome them!! Andy was a bit frustrated that I came here without notifying the bros... I just tell him that I thought they gona spend more time with family and all...thats the reason why I never call them... am not sure he gona buy my reason...but clearly i need to buy them drink as compensation... hahaha... more jugs flowing for that night... Dave met Anna for the first time, am glad he could keep pace with the rest of us ... i guess he gona be one of us in no time...

Andy did call Sam and JJ, but they got other things to do. Dave is the easiest prey coz he is single and got no gf. He would be the usual suspect for all their core activity, he never complaint...matter of fact, he shouldnt complaint..the bros have done a big favor for him, now he got OKT & FL ctc, KTV and other relevant ctc..just by running errands for the bros... how i wish i got the same privilege like Dave...

I still remember when I was a lone wolf in this business, I got no one to talk too, no one to refer, no friend to hunt... I would go to any place alone, try and error exercise, rinse and repeat, day in day out... even, my paycheck is small and my activity is limited... my info is limited and no reference... i never know about online forum, I dont know people go hunt in group... not to mention there are membership, etc...I only heard once from a friend that I can fuck a college girl in exchange of $$... but where to ctc, how to proceed, none has answer these questions... i was so naive and helpless... but it never stop me to get what I want... I would try one MP to another, try FL from one HC to another, go to clubs & bars...all alone, it was an adventure...my dark adventure, funny, suspense and lesson learned...maybe i will share once this saga finish... maybe...

all in all, with sheer hard work and determination, I found few gems here and there which I considered as WIR/GFE list of my own...only after few years later when I stumbled into them in the hunting ground... it was the best day of my dark adventure, from then on ...it become our adventure together... they introduce me to another new level ... am forever grateful to have them as bros... every one has their own stories...the good and the bad ... we share, we learn, we help each other... most importantly, we had fun together... we give and take a lot too... no hard feeling, just be honest...

The rest of the scene is pretty usual.. we loss count how many jugs that we ordered... Dave cant sing, at least we got less competition in karaoke league.. so its between me & Andy who sing for that night...

I did requested the song that Anna wanted... I sing to her wholeheartedly, I dont need to look at the screen coz i remember the lyric so well... it was my heartbroken song when in college.. another ost of my shattered love is nobody knows by tony rich project...these two songs have pierced my heart over and over again... its like the lyric are engraved on my heart wall for many2 years now... even when I was singing the songs, my old gf face will always appear whenever i close my eye...thats how screw up I am... but for now, i just pretend that i sing this song to Anna.. she smile at me, clapping hand and try to follow the words from the screen...

The crowd are cheering as I sang the chorus...Dave is the happiest of all, I think he is pretty wasted...Andy just lean back at the wall and put his hand like orchestra thingy.. Anna never stop smiling, she stop looking at the screen and lock her eyes on me... (btw eyes on me- FF4 OST, is also nice song) ... I hold her hands and look right into her eyes... as if am telling the words to her and mean it... "though its gona hurt us both, there's no other way...then to say goodbye" ... Anna face turn to CFM... omg, my didi screaming !!!

Andy help to drop us at Westin while Dave drive his own car... talk a bit with Andy about work and stuff... send my regards to the other bro... arrive at Westin ...holding hands with Anna from lobby to the room... we even kiss in the lift... who care about cctv anymore... let the guards enjoy some free show a bit la... anyway, its gona be our final night ...me and Anna...two drunken birds...just arrived to their resting nest... i guess rabbit is more appropriate and kinky... two drunken rabbit, just arrived to their &*^%^$#& ...i dont know where actually rabbit live...the only rabbit i know stay in glenmarie...
