basically it means when you quote someone message, avoid those useless words esp if the message is very long..

a good example is when i quote your message i removed those unnecessary words like 'Hi seniors,' 'can u explain me' .....

I’m not exactly a newbie, but need some help nevertheless...

I’ve forgotten my SBF password. All this while I’ve managed to access SBF via auto-generation of PW. My Yahoo email address with which I registered with SBF has also been de-activated by Yahoo due to non-usage over a long period.

My problem is: I’m about to change my PC and that means I’ll have to log in once again to access SBF, BUT I won’t be able to do so because I don’t remember my PW.

Please advise how I can resolve this before I change my PC, and while I still have access to SBF. (I do have a current email address.)

mate.. all you need to do is get a new email address
and then change it here.(see post 241 of this thread.)

The password is not "auto-generated". It is stored by your browser.

Go to your browser preferences and configure the settings so that stored passwords are displayed.

Thanks for more advice.
Pardon the term "auto-generated" used by a computer illiterate like me. Of course I meant "stored by browser" Haha :D
And being the computer illiterate, I wouldn't have a clue where to locate the browser preferences let alone configure it's setting. :o
So maybe I'll try the longer way suggested by Big Sexy.

I must be dumber than I thought...:o Please Help!
I’d forgotten my PW and the email that I had used to register with SBF is no longer valid.

On advice from Big Sexy... I thought as I'm already logged in, logically I should first update my email, then request for new PW to be sent to my new email address. But the first prompt when trying to do so was: “Enter your present password to continue” :eek: Haha. Back to Square One!

On the other option suggested by Sammyboy, I searched but just couldn't find "Browser Preferences" !

Guys, please bear with my ignorance. :confused:

mate... i do apologise,
i can't help you on this matter..
i cannot think of any other way to solve it except,
change your email address or password in the database.
and that option should not be considered.

maybe boss can advise better..

Newbie here. How come others can see the pictures in open forums like "The Sammyboy link/Picture exchange Plaza" but i can't? Has it got to do with being under moderation?

you have the same viewing rights as all other ordinary member to the forum..

you can;t see some of the picture because the pictures has been expired/removed/suspended from the hosting site.
