Bro, If you stay in a small cuntdo of course no place to move around lah... teow boh? Whether Thailand or Sinkiepoor now developers are building smaller units because land is getting expensive but they want to maximize profits. Also now we slowly all talking about quantum rather than PSF unlike in the past. Even you look at HDB flats. Last time so spacious now it's shrunk. A new 5RM now is equivalent to a 4RM built in the 70's/80's.

If you want to move around Thailand fucking as you go from city to city or you don't plan to settle down here or don't want the hassle of maintaining a property then by all means rent.

Some people want to park their money into property as they give better returns in the long run rather than let it sit in the bank or speculate in more risky investments like FOREX or shares. To each is own risk appetite, long term life plans and investment goals.

Just like some like dark skin Isaan ladies others like fair skin Thai-Chinese hybrids. Some like to chiong AGG. Some like to chiong bar beer. To each his own bro.

Electricity costs dependent on price of petrol, gas etc... it will only go up unless u install your own solar panels/wind generators. Petrol in Thailand not that cheap even though PTP is drilling in the Gulf of Thailand. Petrol in SE Asia still cheapest in Malaysia where their government still subsidizes heavily but that is gonna change soon.

But what ever the case Thailand electricity is still cheaper than Sinkiepoor. U run your a/c 10pm to 6am everyday and your bill minimum $200/month guaranteed.

In Pattaya for me its rent solely because I do not see value in buying and I really have no idea how long more I want live here. What I really want is a seaside home and have a fish farm..seriously. And of course a partner to live with. And 2 dogs..3 cats. Maybe a arowana. Definitely a small jacuzzi pool if I can afford it. And a gazebo. Dont forget the electric barbeque.Finally 2 palm trees where I can tie my hammock.:D

Hello Bro, yes no point if not settling down or if its a hassle to maintain a rental property. Some agents look after your rental at a 10% monthly fee but bet you know that already.

At first I wanted to open a beach bar in Phuket or Pattaya. Now I want to be organic baan nok farmer!

Realistically in Sinkiepoor even you have money I'm afraid my neighbor would be looking down at me lying in my hammock from his balcony!

On a serious note if you take a International Home Loan from Singapore to finance your Thai property the ROI is very low after you factor in all your costs.
Only if you pay full in cash then the ROI is reasonable.

As in buying properties in any countries it's easy to buy but hard to sell at a good price if your asset/location lacks popular demand and high volume of transactions.

Juz finish my lunch, 370bht fish and chips meal at jolly friar soi lengkee. Imo halibut fish was good but fries and mushy peas get stale after a while. Ugly boss i went to buakow market, mai mi my size lah alamak lol....

Now me beri full, hp and brain cells and chiong cells recharged, time to write my fr for last night.

Basically not much action as my lull day. Went to kawaii bar quite late ard 9 as i was zzzzzzz in hotel room lol. Had the freaking solid kow pat for dinner thks for ugly pumpui boss! Had 2 uncles leos, went bck hotel again rot in front of tv blow aircon.

Damn i was about to fall asleep when it hit 0130am so i decided to wake up and not waste my night away. Went to sweethearts agg , want to barfine the girl i like but she on off day or prolly tio bf liao lol.

So fate take a cruel turn but interesting one. Ended up in insomnia club, was drinking my singha as i squeeze myself around the podium. In less than ten mins, a syt pat in the back and say hi. She was 22 yrs old with decent body not fat, nice bugs bunny teeth and smile.

I joined her table for drinks and i tot y not try syt for just once in my trip. Long story short, there was teasing and grinding in iclub so it was kinda sanuk for the build up. Sex was decent tot, she blow me for ten mins and i painting her for ten mins and she ride me for 15 mins, shag liao , i ended the bonk wif deep missionary.

But like how i gauge lowly on syts on service lvl. She went to sleep after the shot, and we just keep sleeping until my cleaning lady knock the door ard almost 3pm. Its all the same in other countries, patts is also dominated by russian men their wives and kids and grandmother and i do not why they are fuckin here and also cheapskates middle eastern and indians who are seen roaming around even in soi 6 eating potato chips and buying beers frm the MAMA tiam(shop) hoping tt the bars girls will fall for their cheap prices when they nego outside the entrances of the bars lol....

Just return frm late lunch and 1-hr draft beer spell in crystal club and showgirls agg at soi lk. Always enjoy goin crystal club in afternoon shift, less ppl and also not fer the girls lol...

I like the fact tt they follow mash agg last time show the actual music vids with the songs being played. Ranging frm retro 80s, bob marley, robin thicke down to all kinds of classic nice songs and wif a cold asahi draft at 65 bht, alwayd enjoy my 30 mins of chilling inside here.

Next went to showgirls agg, drank heineken draft at 60 bht. Both agg did not have their top working girls i think, polly coz 6pm pattaya nightlife closedown so all off from work liao lol....

Aniway time to get refreshed and head down to kawaii and meet ugly boss and co and my pi chai david suphachaitow for aahan thai makan since alcohol is out! Cant wait man, so long my sinkies bros like pi garbage who is sulking like the incredible hulk liao hahahahahahahaha
