Since u staying for 1 night only, think you can stay at Walking St.
More convenient, you can try Secrets hotel. Rooms are ok, and price is reasonable.

Stay in Sinkiepoor now no guarantee you will be safe. Many fights every weekend in Geylang until I scared to sit in the kopitiams with many foreign workers customers. Even got the SOC angchia policemen intervene also these foreigners are no scared. Dunno why the news report the fighting in Tekka but dun report the fightings in Geylang.
