She gave birth to a cute dragon baby and gave full priority to our family without bothering to send back a single cent even after i allowed her to manage my entire salary. I think the trick is to really be honest about your situation and then let them decide how they want to build their future with you.If they really have to use you as an atm machine for family in hometown, you will surely know.

Glad to know that there's another good example of a good vietnamese spouse. :D

Before the marriage I told her of my situation too. I am not rich. But she changed after a few months. Anyway I do not condemn all Vietnamese wife. It is my luck to get her, I accept that.

Hi bro, I am not being cynical or trying to throw water on you.

"...even after i allowed her to manage my entire salary..." As a presumably gainfully employed citizen, you do well to trust another person to manage your entire income, but, events/things always inevitably change from time to time, good times included.

Financial independence/security in the form of having ready $$$ at your free disposal is the best preparation/defence against any unfortunate happenings... Nowadays, we cannot be 100% sure that we can depend on our descendants or close ones to support us when we get old, weak and no longer working...

Continue with your happy life... but just be prepared...

bro i can see the difference, you marry 32y lady who should mature enough to know what is really good for her and her family, and TS marry a 24y lady who really dont know what is her family and what is else :p

For those like to eat young young grass -- think again
