Tried this place as i've always trusted the recommendation of this forum. Was quite hard to find as it there isn't a sign, it's just a regular apartment unit in an isolated road near to a sydney university.

this place was run & managed by Koreans & they even described in detail the procedures up-front (ie. pricing & no FJ etc) to avoid any misunderstandings.
