Assuming Without CL next season,i wonder which player will come to Man utd?

I still think Mata came to Man utd only be cos he not part of Mourinho plan anymore and also not much playing time under him also! And with Moyes around i think he can attract everton players to man utd only sad to say!

Already had a bad feeling after Carrick's goal. They seemed to take their foot off the gas and play backwards more. And we all know these days we are incapable of defending a one-goal lead.

the mood was lifted when carrick's deflected shot flew into the net. i thought fulham would be deflated and united would continue to pour forward to kill the game off......but....yes but....they took their foot off the pedal and paid a heavy price for it at the last min of injury time.....
to be honest, fulham practically parked their "bus" infront of their goal and played very smart counter-attacking football.
united, for all our ball possession, found it so hard to break them down.
i thought the substitutes did well and gave united another dimension. januzaj was brilliant after he came on and i can't wait to see how he is going to develop in another 2 years.
as for moyes, united gave him a 6 year contract. will they sack him? i agree with bro imom that united is unlikely to sack him, not for at least another 2 or 3 years. he will be given time and the money to re-build united.
but if united remains out of the top 4 then, i think he of all people will know his time is up.

This is not the first time they went for the 'play time out' tactic this season. United of old would have attacked till the last minute. And sometimes attack really is the best defence.

Both team need a win badly as Arsenal lost 5-1 to Liverpool and Man Utd Draw 2-2 with Fulham Last week

yes. we will be going to the emirates stadium. both teams are licking their wounds over last weekend's games. which team will have the character to stand up and fight?

and our so-called conquerors fulham will face liverpool at the cottage ground.

you know murphy's law? the worst possible thing will happen at the worst possible time? well, with murphy's law in mind, i will not be surprised if the gunners gave us a whallop while pool whips fulham. :(

half the murphy's law came true cos we managed to avoid defeat to the gunners. lol.

bro, what else can moyes say but these?

like what was posted previously, united will not sack him this season. in fact, united must be seen to support him and give him every chance to re-build the team. moyes will be given the time and money to do that.

we shall have to endure this season and see what is being done this june and how the team performs next season. sad, but that is what will be happening....unless moyes decides to resign? :D

referring to my previous post above, i read an article about united finishing 7th this season may not be a bad thing.

you see, if we miss out on 4th spot, you end up with the consolation prize of playing in the second tier competition, the Europa League.

do we really want that? the friday night football? where the team would be required to travel to (beg your pardon) remote countries and make the arduous journey back to play in the BPL on sundays?

so maybe finishing up at 7th and missing out on Europe altogether may not be that bad afterall. we can just concentrate on the League and the domestic cups next season. makes sense? :)

Agree with this post... Europa league is like a Consolation prize only! Might as well just concentrate on the EPL title... But still i am hoping they sack moyes after this season

Lol, looks like MU hv lost almost everything for tis season...going to be empty handed...sigh...tink DM is really a jinx...1st time after so many yrs of sweet success & he is now leading tis crash so soon after replacing the great SAF...sigh...boy is he getting delusional wif similar war cries each time after losing a match...like "we will do better, we will get things right the next time"

Seems like many of the players of last yr's champion team are not keen to play for him as shown in the way they played in the latest European Cup match against Olympiakos 2 days ago :(...his training methods are oso said to be too highly regimented & the players don't like it....RVP is getting v. frustrated too wif his team mates...tink DM really doesn't know how to organize his men n play them smartly against other teams as Fergie did...It was only ytd tat the Red Devils were such a feared team like tigers, but 2day they are as meek as lambs, struggling against being slaughtered even by weaker teams...sad...

I read the other day....the Glazers are not pleased with the falling Man U stock at NYSE.
Appears they are giving Moyes end of the season to make things work.:D

end of season? doubt so..once it is confirmed that there is nothing to play for, they will probably get rid of him or make him an assistant to someone more accomplished.

but then who knows SAF may "charmed" the glazers to let DM to last till next season....like how he convince the board DM is the right person for the job
