You want kapoo around Sukhkumvit or close to BTS, there are quite a number, but be prepared to pay more for all in. Prices quoted may not be full service, since most of these places are kapoo joints - best to check with the person serving you.

Google 1 society, wifizone, sparkspa, fabclub, penthouse. There's a couple of others near RCA but not sure if still operating.
