I have not heard of Aroma hotel, but if you meant Arnoma Grand Hotel instead then it is in the Erawan Shrine/Central World neighborhood, within walking distance to the Chit Lom BTS station, which is a few stops down from Nana and Asoke stations. Did not have any problem with bringing girls back to my room on the few nights i stayed there. just act casual and be friendly with the hotel staff and you should have no issues there. have fun there bro!

Nana plaza nearest bts is nana Station. Soi cowboy nearest station is asoke

i'll be visiting bkk in end June and am now searching for a hotel to stay.
I would like to enquire if all of the hotels surrounding Nana and Asoke, guestfriendly?

I'm looking at hotels from $50-$60 per night too. Any recommendations?

Sukhumvit Suites just beside Soi Cowboy will be the best choice. Around $60 / night. Hotel rooms are modern, trendy n most importantly girl friendly!

I try not to recommend this hotel because I personally love this hotel and most of the time available for last minute trips.
