One issue is that the standard time for Viet is ~25 min for ~$50-60 and I believe the default mode is CBJ and most probably no DFK. That might be behind the perception that the service in generally sucks.

Pre pandemic I held that notion based on the handful I tried.

Post pandemic there has been a phase when I have tired a bit more and can say it is a mixed bag but still tending towards the lower end of the servicing standards spectrum.

I guess the bro's who are mostly of pho diet will be the best judge of this. Also bro with varied diet be able to deliver a more competitive analysis.

my experience after trying abt 200 so far is 60% good 40% bad. its true that the viets r getting smarter (cunning?) and hold their ground firmer when refusing requests. some even r stuck up n entitled. but u cant say all r like that la.

Can attest to what OP said, along with what a couple other posters had agreed too.
