I frequent labuan quite often for work, thought i share some experience.

First, most ladies here are from philippines, and not very good quality/attitude.
Reason being, some ladies were scammed to work here and they are here illegally/not allowed to go out, hence explains poor service.
Its still generally safe, the owners check them for STD quite frequent, any girls with drama(history of running away, pregnant, etc) are send back.
The batch of girls also rotate every few months or so.
If you can find a gem, great for you, but don't expect too much, the custom here is just FJ, not much GFE.

Wechat has some trans ladies or massage girls(pinoy again) but dont recommend this path.
