Just a gentle reminder for those who come to Thailand for holiday. Please do not bring along your "arrogance" when u are in Thailand. Because should u offend anyone outside for whatever reasons, u can be pretty sure u might get whacked by the Thais. Believe me or not, even with the presence of the police.... The whacking continue until the Thais are satisfied with it. Be humble and always say sorry to avoid having disputes really. ;)

Today someone got whacked badly for trying to be arrogant in Bangkok. He then turned and ran but was soon chased down and whacked badly. With the Thai police 4-5 of them standing by. He was at fault anyway that's why the police "allowed" the Thais to whack him. :p

Actually VCH cases are happening everyday.... just that it has become so common that it is seldom reported in the news now.
Thais have become a frustrated lot of people especially those grinding out a meagre earning daily..... all it takes is a spark to tip them over the edge.
Unfortunately these are the type of locals that most tourists come into contact with and some unknowingly cross the line and become victims of frustration.

Always have respect for EVERYONE.... regardless whether they are locals or foreigners. :cool:
