Recent Report from BKK. I shall do the review by PLACE instead of chronological order. Please note, this is from MY OBSERVANCE only, please don't flame me, take the info, or leave it.

1. Thermae
Type - Regular bar with relatively cheap drinks, FL's standing all around the perimeter for the picking. Can watch BPL but with small TVs, music not deafening, easy to chat. No dress code nor entry fee. Probably only worth seating in the S-shaped bar-table in the middle of the bar as if you sit at the back, it won't be a good 'scouting' position.

Drinks - Beers at 100-130. Food available but don't expect much quantity or quality.

Clientele - All types, farangs, koreans, nippons, asians, some arabs (I guessed)?

Girls - I can safely say that it has definitely a better top end of girls compared to Nana or SC. The thing is, they go REALLY FAST. Some I noticed walked in, got in line, started to touch up make up, and boom, got called away, WITHIN 3 mins! :eek: I talked to a couple of girls, all of them didn't want LT, created excuses. ST ranges from 2000-2500. Most girls have a fair command of english. You need to initiate the intent there, the girls won't chat up to you. From my observance, the rates are not really negotiable. You don't have to buy them drinks, you can just nego with them. But of course, you can buy them drinks for a short chat.

Overall Summary - 50-60% full on weekdays, but gets REALLY crowded on fri's and weekends. Crowd fills in probably at 9pm+ till closing. Go after 10pm on weekdays and after 9pm on fri's and weekends. You might be able to nego for a LT, but like I said, I tried and all of them didn't want LT. Oh ya toilet at 5bht. (pissing on lime lol)

2. Nana - Rainbow 4

Type - A usual AGG at Nana plaza.

Drinks - Expensive at 140 and up. I don't know anything about food even if I've been here probably more than 10 times haha.

Clientele - All types, farangs, koreans, nippons, asians.

Girls - The usual bell curve applies. Now all the girls are bikini clothed, no more naked girls on the left poles. Some are lookers, mostly not in my opinion. I didn't ask ST rates, LT rates were steep at 5000-6000, barfine is 650. Bargaining is possible, but probably easier into the night approaching closing hours. English is fair among the girls. LD's are 140? I forgot lol, but I think it's roughly about there. So if you're looking for LT, it'll cost at least 5000+650+140+140 (drinks for yourself) = 5930bht

Overall Summary - Having been to a couple of new places this time, I think that R4 is pretty shit now. I felt bored when I walked in, that is how much this place degraded over the years, but that's just me.

3. Rajah Hotel

Type - Rajah Coffee House located in Rajah hotel, just a regular coffee house, with a small lobby outside.

Clientele - Lol I was the only one enquiring, the papasan was really friendly though.

Girls - Mainly russians here at 3k ST, room provided. A few lookers, didn't talk to them as was there just for recce.

Overall Summary - Was just there for recce, so cannot say much. Enter soi 4 with nana plaza on your left, keep walking down the soi untill you see rajah hotel on your right, you can't miss it.

4. Beer Garden

Type - Pick up bar. A short way up sukh soi 7 on the left, very easy to find.

Drinks - Beers at 110 & up.

Clientele - Mainly farang, you will know why if you read on...

Girls - Old, ugly, some fat, need I say more? Only 1-2 'can barely make it'

Overall Summary - Don't waste your time.

5. Angel Massage

Type - Small massage parlour. Sukh soi 24/1, next to soi 26. Big sign, last massage palour at the end of the soi behind cherry massage.

Drinks - I did order any but I remembered a sinha was about 110? Not sure but it's around there. But why do you want to drink here lol.

Clientele - Was the only one there.

Girls - 10-20 girls to choose from. So-so, some are above average, but there are no supermodels here. 1 hour massage was 400, special was an additional 1500, so you're looking at 1900 as a base. Don't go for longer as the massage was very piano. Don't go for oil or nuru as well.

Overall Summary - Small room, enough to get the deed done. Felt a little transactional though. Only reason why I chose this was cos it had a good website with photos of many girls, though all was a little p-shopped. Quick bonk for 1900thb.

6. Rainbow Club (SK)

Type - AGG/G-club fusion, I think that's how I decribe it. More AGG maybe. Saw thais eating STEAMBOAT lolol :eek: This is located at Saphan Kwai, a short walk from SK BTS. Totally secluded place. Apart from the neon sign and a bar further down the road, everything was dark, until you step in... One thing though, the music was AWESOME, there's just something about their thai pop that I loved. And the volume was perfect too.

Drinks - Thai priced, which is cheap. 110 for a large beer. Contrary to what I've read, you do not need to order food to have a seat. Beer would do.

Clientele - Only thais, thais and more horny thais.

Girls - Usual bell curve applies. But this time, the chio spectrum is of another level. You want super chio ah lian, supermodel body... no problem. Big caveat though, you need to speak thai to have a good time. (chatting them up etc etc) I was quoted 80bht per half hour for ladies to sit with you. But I didn't as I knew it was gonna be a chicken and duck story. Usually all the chio girls are already sat around the thais. ST was 1500. Not aware of any barfine. And the mamasan said there was not LT, but I'm sure if you can speak thai, a little mushy mushy chat can get you LT.

Overall Summary - Contrary to what I've read, you do NOT need to speak thai to visit this place. The menu has english, mama/papasan can speak a tad of english. But you must be ready to have no communication with the girls, as the girls don't do english. So all in all, come for the experience, I loved it here. For the girls though, you need to speak thai or come with someone who can. Oh and on the weekdays it was pretty barren, so probably weekends are better. On sitting location, don't walk past the 2 stages, try and sit before the 2 stages. I might have missed out on a lot of info, so you can ask me anything here and I'll reply within my best effort.

7. TDED-99 (SK)

Type - Man this place is BIGGGGG. On sutthisan road. AGG type with some private rooms, little like G-clubs again? When I was there, the girls were dripping candle wax on their bodies, and tongue even, so maybe there are 'special' performances. Moderately crowded even on a weekday. 4 long stages in total.

Drinks - Thai priced. 110 for a big bottle of beer. Food is needed here, so fruits were 150 for a platter. Menu was in english, so it wasn't so bad. Mamasan could speak a little english too.

Clientele - Only thais, horny thais and crazy horny thais.

Girls - This club has to work on their lighting, it's so shit, you can only see the silhouette of the girls. I guess you have to squint. I didn't see any huge lookers, but then I walked past the private rooms and yeah there were a few, again, all taken by the thais. Nudity is common on stage and on the tables around you, or you could say, literally ON the thai guy next to you (naked lap dance etc etc). The thai guys are totally in it, grabbing boobs, licking them wtf lol, it's like they don't care.

Overall Summary - This place is big, dark, and has many girls. Same old language problem though. Didn't ask the prices, but probably in the 1500 ST level. All in all, go for the fun experience, not for the girls, if you don't speak thai.

8. Chat (SK)

Type - Behind TDED-99 on sutthisan road. Exactly the same type as TDED, but probably better lighting. You can also enter chat by a small passage from TDED. Not as crowded as TDED, only 30% full on a weekday?

Drinks - Similar to TDED. Did order food as I wanted it, but I forgot whether or not it was mandatory.

Clientele - Same old thais.

Girls - Similar to TDED, but I would say mostly average. ST was 1500. Lapdance was 100.

Overall Summary - Skip this, it's vastly similar to TDED. Rather you explore Harlem and onwards down the sutthisan soi. Again, might have left out some details here and there, but feel free to ask.

Informative update...........Didnt know Tded has menu in english as I always was given the thai menu and didnt bother to ask for english version.........they probably have some reserved for foreigners............ Tis is quite welcoming as it opens language barrier issue a little...............:)

If I remember correctly, the drinks menu had some english, but the food menu didn't, then I just asked the mamasan, then she told me something and fruits, so I said fruits.

I do not want to bitch around here, to me, this is a place for sharing. They can take my reviews or whatever they want. I'm sick and tired reading flame wars here, and do not wish to get involved in any way.
