Maybe a bit outdated, but the last time I went to BKK, I went to "Caesar" (http://www.caesarsentertainment.com/) and "Annie's Massage" (http://www.anniesbangkok.com/staff.html).

Annie's good. Pick one chick, and ask her to pick her friend to join in the room. I can't remember the damage. Not that expensive.

For "Caesar", apparently there are two different places there. One is the cheaper one, and the other one is more exclusive one. I went to the cheaper one, found the quality is OK. Have pretty chicks too.
